The boundary comes from the licensed surveyor's sheet of 20 Sep 2026. Its six lengths and area are reproduced exactly. The sheet has no bearings, so the shape is fixed by seating the three road-frontage lines on the edge of the 2 m tarred road, with corner H on the inside of the bend.

What is exact
Lengths and 2442.36 m² (60.35 cents). The separate 2.30-cent road strip is not drawn, because the sheet does not say where it sits.
What is approximate
Corner positions: ±2–3 m. The map screenshot was registered to georeferenced imagery (0.116 m/px, 0.2 m residual).
Ground shape: SRTM-derived 30 m elevation, smoothed, with synthetic fine relief added for realism. Right for the hillside trend, not for cut-and-fill.
The Elam view point rock (about 1,100 m²) is traced from georeferenced imagery: its outline is hand-digitised, its 20 slabs follow the cracks and sunlit rims, and slab heights come from their shadows (sun at 100°, 52° in the image). Outlines are good to about a metre; heights are estimates.
Vegetation is illustrative. Tree positions follow real canopy density from imagery, but the species, heights and undergrowth are representative of Idukki cardamom hills rather than surveyed.
The cottage is illustrative: a stone-and-stucco design standing on the footprint of the existing house (traced from imagery, about 9.7 × 6.8 m), turned so its front faces the Elam view point rock. The ground around it is levelled; an 8 × 3.8 m pool sits on the lawn in front, and the flagstone path runs out to the road on line G–F.
